Chairman
E. Chester Stokes is the founder and Chairman of Stokes Land Group. Chester is an active "hands-on" decision maker in company activities, and establishes the vision and philosophy for the company.
Chester has surrounded himself with an exceptional team of experienced executives. He believes in delegating both the necessary authority and responsibility to his executive staff to make timely and effective business decisions. As a team, they are undeniable leaders in land development.
Chester is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on their Alumni Advisory Board. He is a cornerstone in community involvement and actively supports many charitable organizations.

 Hugh is the President of Stokes Land Group. Prior to joining the Stokes organization, Hugh completed a successful twenty-five year career in the restaurant industry. Hugh is the founder of Longhorn Steakhouse and Hooters of America restaurants.
Hugh was also the original franchisee of the Outback Steakhouse Company. From 1995 to 2002, he was the President and General Partner of Outback Steakhouse International, responsible for developing the Outback brand internationally. Hugh served in the United States Army for six and half years earning the rank of Captain before changing careers. Hugh continues to be a visionary and focused leader.
Hugh is a giving philanthropist supporting several non-profit organizations throughout the United States and South Africa. For the past ten years, Hugh has served on the President's Council of the Betty Ford Center. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.

Officer
John is the Chief Operating Officer of Stokes Land Group. Previously, John enjoyed fifteen years of service with Pulte Home Corporation, one of the largest national homebuilders. While at Pulte, John held various financial positions including CFO for the Florida Region.
John's extensive knowledge in land acquisition and project financing has proven to be an invaluable asset for Stokes Land Group. John has held his CPA license for over 18 years and practiced public accounting with KPMG in Houston, Texas. He lends a unique perspective to Stokes Land Group because of his experience with a prominent national homebuilder. John is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Vice President
Tom is a Vice President of Stokes Land Group. For over 25 years, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Stokes & Company.
Tom's extensive financial experience related to 35 years in the development business allows him to make valuable and essential contributions to all investment and financial decisions.
Tom is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
